Soy-ginger marinade

  • 2T soy sauce
  • 2T lemon juice
  • 1 T red wine vinegar
  • 1 T ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t crushed red pepper

Crush garlic with salt and pepper flakes.  Stir into remaining ingredients.
